Returns/Shipping policy
1. The spa cover may be returned as long as it is in the same condition as when it was received.
2. Return must be made within 30 days of the receive date.
3. In order to return the cover you must obtain a Return Authorization from our store. Do this by contacting us by our Contact form or call us at 1-888-LID-4SPA (543-4772).
4. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Cover must be shipped back in its original packaging to ensure that it gets back to us in good condition.
6. Customer will be refunded the full amount of the purchase, however, a $50.00 restocking fee will be applied.
7. Customer should inspect cover upon arrival. Any claim to damages to the cover should be dealt with by customer to the freight company. Spalidz will not be responsible for damages inflicted on the cover during the freight process.
